Store Policies

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been made.

Orders can not be changed after they are placed.  Please ensure the correct size/color is selected.

We cannot change the shipping address, billing address, or payment method provided once an order has been placed.  

Gift Cards are a final sale and can not be cancelled or refunded.


We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out.  We will accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the date of your order.  Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Jewelry, bralettes, cosmetics, socks, hats and clearance items (over 40% off) are final sales.  Please email us at to authorize a return.

If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Arrow 22 can no longer be held responsible. A return label will be sent to send the item back. You must contact us before returning a damaged item.

If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. If we are unable to make contact with you, we will assess a 20% restocking fee.

Any item over 40% off is considered clearance and can not be returned.  ALL Door Buster deals are FINAL Sale.  No returns will be accepted on these items.

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 days for delivery.  

Arrow 22 is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Once USPS is in possession of a package it is their responsibility. Please contact your local post office or USPS online with questions regarding shipment tracking.

International Shipping:

Arrow 22 ships to Canada and the UK.  International packages are sent as duties and taxes unpaid. We do not collect duties and/or taxes. Additionally, we cannot determine what the charges may be, if any. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies before placing an order.

Local post offices may charge the recipient duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery in the local currency. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees of the package.

Shipping time and estimated delivery dates can vary based on a number of factors including location and package size. If you can't find your package we recommend contacting your local customs office as most packages that aren't delivered are held there.

If you are located outside of the US, Canada or the UK and would like to place an order please contact and we can check the shipping rates and invoice accordingly.
